Green production improvement initiatives
The annual movement on initiatives of technical innovation of VNSTEEL has played an important role in maintaining and improving of production and business efficiency of whole member companies those are operating on steel making of VNSTEEL.
The outstanding initiatives:
- A vibrating screen system to improve the recovery rate of powder coal at Phan Me coal mine of Thai Nguyen Iron and Steel Joint Stock Company has been researched and installed, with a benefit value of 2.3 billion dong.
- A sintering liner system has been researched and installed, that helps to increase productivity, reduce fuel consumption in processing of sintering ore of Thai Nguyen Iron and Steel Joint Stock Company, with a benefit value of 3.3 billion dong.
- Solutions on equipment and technology to minimize the technical consumption and increase equipment efficiency of Southern Steel Company, with benefit value of 1.3 billion dong.
- Solutions on management and technology to increase output and reduce production costs of Southern Steel Company, benefit value of 17.8 billion dong.
- Upgrading the paint line from 40m/min to 60m/min of Thang Long Joint Stock Company, benefit value 17 billion dong.
